Join us for a community waterfront cleanup at Couchiching Beach Park. Two hours, good people, and a cleaner city. No sign-up required — just show up.

Because this city deserves it.
Orillia’s waterfront is one of the best things about living here. After a long winter, it needs a little love before summer kicks off. Sunshine City Cleanup is a simple idea: show up, pick up, and make our favourite spots a little better.
No corporate sponsors. No speeches. Just neighbours taking care of their city.

Meet Point
Main pavilion area near the beach entrance. Look for the Frohmann Real Estate table.
What to Bring
Comfortable shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Gloves and bags provided.
Refreshments
Coffee and water provided. Because you shouldn’t have to clean up the city on an empty stomach.
Who’s Welcome
Everyone. Families, kids, dogs (on leash), solo volunteers, groups — all welcome. No sign-up needed.
On the Day
How it works.
Show Up
Arrive at the main pavilion at Couchiching Beach Park by 10:00 AM. No registration required — just come as you are.
Grab Your Gear
We’ll provide gloves, garbage bags, and recycling bags. Pick up a coffee, grab your supplies, and choose your zone.
Clean Up
Spread out along the waterfront, boardwalk, and park areas. Work at your own pace. Families can stick together. Solo volunteers can cover more ground.
Regroup
Meet back at the pavilion around noon. Drop off your bags, grab a water, and feel good about what you just did.
Celebrate
That’s it. Two hours, a cleaner city, and the satisfaction of doing something that matters. See you next year.

Do I need to sign up?
No. Just show up at 10 AM. No registration, no forms, no commitment. Come when you can, leave when you need to.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely. Kids are welcome and encouraged. It’s a great way to teach them about community responsibility — and they usually have a blast.
What if it rains?
Light rain — we go. Heavy rain or severe weather — we’ll postpone and announce on Instagram (@frohmann_realestate).

Is this a real estate event?
No. It’s a community event organized by someone who happens to sell real estate. There are no sales pitches, no flyers, no lead capture. Just people cleaning up a city they care about.
