Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Frohmann Real Estate sends text messages providing property information, listing details, open house follow-ups, appointment reminders, and related real estate updates to people who have opted in.
Consent. You consent to receive text messages from Frohmann Real Estate when you text a keyword to one of our numbers, submit a website or sign-in form that requests SMS updates, or otherwise provide your express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service.
Text Program Quick Facts
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information collected through our SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
